RULES AND REGULATION



Rules and Regulations
Camp Site
1. The campsite is to be kept clean at all times. No littering is allowed and clothes are not to be hung outside the dormitory
2. No participants is allowed to leave the campsite without the permission of the Camp Commandant or the Assistant Camp Commandant
3. All camp equipments and property are to be handled with care and returned immediately to the Quartermaster after use.
4. Visiting hours for outsiders are from 8am – 5pm every day.

Discipline
1. Nametags are to be worn at all times.
2. Camp Officials must be notified of any illness among the camp participants
3. Participants must take part in all activities except with reasonable excuses.
4. Participants must be punctual for all activities. Marks will be deducted for members who are late for each activity.
5. Participants must be decently dressed at all times. Participants are not allowed to walk half/naked (with only a towel hanging) / naked especially before or after their bath.
6. Participants are required to behave well throughout the whole camp. Marks will be deducted for misbehaviour and necessary actions will be taken. (punishment, etc)
7. All participants must assemble at the sepak takraw court by 6:20a.m and returned to their dormitories by 11.00pm. By then, all lights must be switched off and silence must be maintained strictly.
8. No one is allowed to wander about after lights out. If you need to go to toilet, it is advisable to go in pairs. The Security must be informed before leaving your dormitories.
9. Participants are not allowed to switch groups.
10. Duties assigned by the Camp Officials must be carried out.

Items
1. Camp Officials must be informed of any missing items
2. If any items are found, it should be handed over immediately to the Camp Officials. Enquiries regarding found items can be made with the Camp Secretary.
3. Liquor, cigarettes, any form of drugs, weapons or replica (air gun, etc), cards and / or any items, which the Camp Officials deem illegal, are strictly forbidden from camp.
4. Handphones must be handed over to the Camp Treasurer before the Camp Starts. Participants will be granted their phones if necessary calls are to made out. All hand-phones will be returned after the camp is over.

Others
1. All group leaders must assemble in front of the clinic during nightcaps. All reports written by each Group’s Secretary must be handed to the Camp Secretary during the nightcap or the next day’s breakfast meal.
2. Participants are strictly forbidden to enter the Camp Officials Quarters / Clinic without the permission of the Camp Officials.
3. Group Flag must be brought during all activities except SAR.
4. Non ‘Halal’ food are not allowed and must be handed to the Food Committee
5. The Camp Commandant MUST be refereed to as ‘Sir’ during the whole camp.
6. Group leaders are held responsible for their own members and equipments.
